  • Web support services (either flexible or scheduled)

Each service will be agreed upon in writing and detailed in the service agreement before work commences.

2. Service Fees

The fees for the services provided will be agreed upon in writing before the start of any project. Payments are due as per the agreed payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

In the case of recurring payments (such as for ongoing web support services), payments will be charged according to the schedule specified in the agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before work begins, as detailed in the service agreement.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project, before the site or service is delivered or made live.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon in advance.
  • Late payments will incur a fee of 5% after 7 days.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing all necessary content and materials (e.g., text, images, videos) for the website.
  • The client must ensure that all content provided is legally owned or licensed and does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • The client must ensure that any information provided to us is accurate, up to date, and complete.
  • The client agrees to cooperate and provide feedback promptly to ensure timely project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment for the services, the client will have ownership of the final work, including all website design elements and content created by Liam (subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions).
  • Liam retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes, including displaying it on our website or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The client agrees not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the delivered website, except as expressly permitted.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received during the course of the project confidential, including business plans, technical data, and customer information, unless required by law or authorized by the other party.

7. Website Maintenance and Support

Liam offers ongoing website maintenance and support services. These services will be detailed in the service agreement, and terms of support (such as response times and availability) will be mutually agreed upon.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Liam will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be free of errors or interruptions.
  • In no event will Liam be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
  • Our liability will be limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the case of termination by the client, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

If we terminate the agreement due to the client's breach, the client will remain responsible for paying for all completed work.

10. Data Protection

11. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
